ORGANIC ESTATE GROWN AND PRESSED
Olio Bello Extra Virgin Olive Oil is grown and pressed at Cowaramup Creek Farm, a 320 acre property situated in the beautiful Margaret River region of Western Australia. Our olives revel in the perfect Mediterranean climate and rich organically-farmed, gravelly loam soils. Our award winning olive oils are the result of a long-term labour of love and commitment to sustainable ethical agriculture combined with organic farming principles. |

FROM DAIRY FARM TO OLIVE GROVE
The Olio Bello story began with a vision. When Sue and Jack Witkin fell in love with a run-down dairy farm in 1984, they saw the potential to rehabilitate the land as a vibrant ecosystem. They began by re-vegetating the property, planting thousands of native trees and shrubs.
In 1992 olives were introduced. Since then, 8000 trees comprising 14 different varieties have been planted. Our first olives were harvested in 1998 and from then, Olio Bello has steadily gained industry recognition, receiving numerous awards for the Kurunba, Kalamata, Romanza and Special Release oils over the past five vintages. |

A WELCOMING PLACE
As word of Olio Bello spread, the need arose for a welcoming place where visitors could experience hosted tastings of our products and the culinary delights of the Mediterranean cuisine for which extra virgin olive oil is an essential ingredient. In 2001, we opened our new Tasting Room and café, the perfect showcase for our unique range of Mediterranean deli lines, marinated olives, farm fresh produce and preserves. |
